Customer Support & Rakeback Tracking System

As you would expect RakeTracker's support is very efficient, offering an extensive FAQ section, a support forum and a help desk support system through this network they will be able to answer your question in a timely manner. As RakeTracker lease their software you may have come across their rakeback tracking system before, which they claim was the very first on the market. Their system is not our favourite however as we place great emphasis on simplicity after all we only want to track how much we are owed. Although they have some nice options to search for past history the menu system to navigate to where you want to go is made slightly more difficult through the jargon used. Although this is a minor nuisance as once you get over it, it performs just as well if not better than any other on the market.

Referral Program

RakeTracker's Referral Program is standard in some respects however it does offer something a bit extra. You will receive commission for every new player you refer to RakeTracker, for the life of the player. You will receive commission for any additional rooms that your players sign up for rakeback with through them. The commission you receive is NOT deducted from their rakeback you will receive between 2% - 4% depending on the total monthly rake of all your players. Where they differentiate themselves is through their multi-tier referral system. If you refer a player and then they refer a player you will get commission on both players, your commission on the first player will be paid according to the first table and your commission on the second player will be paid according to the second table's pay structure. They have also introduced a $40 bonus in addition to the commission structure which you will receive when a player you have referred reaches $10MGR.
