Rake Rebate are a member of the RakebackNetwork, a collective of independent likeminded poker affiliates who regulate each other to ensure no malpractice is taking place.

Despite their longevity they seem to be rather far behind other affiliates of the same age in terms of extra promotions they offer, if rake races and freerolls are what you are looking for you are probably better off elsewhere at the time of this review. In addition to this they have a tendency to try and pass off room wide promotions as their own exclusive one with some selective wording.

RakeRebate's support claims to employ 5 employees enabling them to answer emails in English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. This has also allowed them to provide their site in 10 different European languages. They also offer live support most likely during european hours only however this is rarely up. In our dealings with them we have found their responses to be extremely slow often taking up to a week to get a response which is clearly not acceptable.

Rake Rebate have their own online rakeback tracking system in your account section. It is a nice system and can't be faulted, simple and well laid out offering exactly what you need to know with a straight forward menu bar to help you find it.

Referral Program

RakeRebate's Referral Program is quite poor. You will receive a one off commission fee of $50 when your friend rakes over $300. However we have been informed that they will be introducing a system in line with the rest of the industry but they are unable to give a date when.
