Their support is good, offering email support, an FAQ section and also a MSN address from which you can talk to them live however it is quite limited between 1pm pst - 7pm pst : mon - fri. All these details are highly visible from their "Contact Us" page.

Whilst in the past they lagged behind their competitors in exclusive promotions such as rake races in recent times they have massively stepped up their game and are now a serious contender for your choice of rakeback affiliate. Their online rakeback tracking system does it's job efficiently however once you log in to the members area you are not able to view other parts of the site until you log out again which can be rather cumbersome.

RakeFreeze's Referral Program is in line with the rest of the industry. You will receive commission for every new player you refer to Rake Freeze, for the life of the player. You will receive commission for any additional rooms that your players sign up for rakeback with through them. The commission you receive is NOT deducted from their rakeback you will receive between 2% - 4% depending on the total monthly rake of all your players.
