Customer Service

They pride themselves on their unrivalled customer service, prompt payment options, and quick response to your questions by their support specialists. Their FAQ section is definately the most extensive of any other affiliate and their support is definately amongst the top tier with responses to emails usually within a few hours and to the point. One slight drawback however is that their support is only available 9am-5pm GMT Monday to Friday, but with their system all fully automated problems rarely arise.

Rakeback Tracking System

Poker Loyalty Programs use the same online rakeback tracking system as RakeTheRake available once you log in, where you can track the amount of rake you have generated on a daily basis at some rooms (This is dependent on how often the poker room will update their own statistics). Their rakeback tracking system is set out in a very clean, no frills table divided into your own rakeback earnings by poker room and earnings made by your referrals. All in all a very nice system that allows you to easily identify what you need to know at a quick glance. Also at some poker rooms you are allowed to specify your payment method poker account, Neteller, Paypal or Cheque. Having said all this the system is fairly redundant as the rooms do not allow rakeback.

Referral Program

Poker Loyalty Programs Referral Program is in line with the rest of the industry. You will receive commission for every new player you refer to Poker Loyalty Programs, for the life of the player. You will receive commission for any additional rooms that your players sign up for rakeback with through them. The commission you receive is NOT deducted from their rakeback you will receive between 2% - 4% depending on the total monthly rake of all your players.
